PRIVATE LESSONS

Those seeking a more personalised experience will benefit from private lessons. Limited places are available on a Casual Plan (1 session per week), Keen Plan (2 sessions per week) and Committed Plan (3 sessions per week).

​Private sessions can be held online or if you're within central London then at your home or place of work.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, all plans benefit from:
