COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Tai Chi and Qigong 8 week Course in London Euston is fully guided throughout and suitable for both complete beginners or those with previous experience in either Tai Chi or Qigong.
A friendly, supportive and welcoming atmosphere is promoted in all classes, where experienced students can train alongside beginners, each working at a pace and level best suited to them:
Those who have unpredictable timetables can choose the drop-in option and don't need to worry about memorising any movements since classes are guided throughout, although we highly recommend booking onto a full course if possible since the secret to progress is consistent practice. |

WHAT TO WEAR / WHAT To BRING
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.
- Avoid heels, jeans and tight clothing as they will restrict your movement.
- There are toilets on the ground floor where you can get changed, however space is limited so it might be more convenient to arrive in your training gear.
- No need to bring a mat or any other equipment, but you might like to bring a small towel and a bottle of water.
