6 week COURSE: BIRDS OF TAI CHI

Starts: Tuesday 31 January
£60 for 6 weeks

  • 6 Live Workshops (1hr each)
  • 6 Live Practice Sessions (30mins each)
  • 6 Replay Practice Sessions (30mins each)
  • All workshops and sessions available to stream on demand on the Tai Chi Hub (see below for more details)
  • Sessions are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels

​Tai Chi and Qigong movements draw inspiration from nature and on this course you can learn a sequence of movements inspired by the gracefully effortless movements of birds – representing unhindered movement and a free spirit.

This course coincides with the start of the Year of the Rabbit (which begins with the new moon in late January 2023) and is the perfect way to get back your bounce back – particularly for those feeling the effects of a cold dark winter!
