However it can be quite challenging to find the time to squeeze in adequate amounts of training between various commitments, demands and endless distractions that come from living in a fast paced, high pressure city like London.
That's why retreats are so beneficial. They offer the chance to minimise distractions and take a step back from the day to day demands which usually take up most of our time, giving us the opportunity to develop Tai Chi skills at a much faster pace...
...also they're just great fun!
SUMMER RETREAT 2020
This summer we will be holding a Tai Chi retreat in an as yet undisclosed location in Europe. We are busy finalising details so we need to wait until everything is locked in before releasing more information.

Please note that this will be primarily a training retreat and not a luxury pamper holiday! Whilst there will be opportunities to rest and recharge, this retreat is best suited to those interested in working hard to develop their skills and establish healthy habits through self-discipline.
The full schedule will be released closer to the event but expect each day to be packed full of training, including:
And also opportunities to rest, take time out for personal reflection, to get to know others on the retreat and, importantly, to connect with nature.
Vegan meals will be included as part of the retreat and we will do our best to cater to dietary needs but if you have any sensitive allergies please discuss with us beforehand.
Once the location is confirmed we will announce the price, excluding flights. We will do our best to arrange transport from the nearest airport to the retreat centre.
