What are sessions like?
These sessions have been designed specifically for online learning and practice, are fully guided and can be done sitting on the floor / in a chair / on your sofa or bed, or even lying down. The sessions begin with a few relaxation exercises then a meditative focus to promote a deep sense of calmness and relaxation. |

Sessions are taught by a fully qualified instructor with over 10 years teaching experience and instructor membership from The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, and accredited by the Chartered Institute for Management of Sport & Physical Activity, UK Coaching and REPs.
