WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

SATURDAY 15 NOVEMBER

LOCATION
Millbank Academy Erasmus St, London, SW1 4HS

WORKSHOP DETAILS
Tai Chi and mindfulness have a number of interesting similarities, particularly in the way they have been simplified over time so that more practitioners can enjoy their benefits, but it's worth exploring their history and the ancient practices which shaped them in order to enrich our own practice.

In a series of indoor workshops we'll explore the way each practice compliments the other (which will be particularly useful for those interested in establishing a daily training routine and those who find it difficult to slow down and calm their busy minds) making these workshops suitable for both complete beginners and more experienced practitioners.
