ONLINE CLASSES:
TIMETABLE & FORMATS

3 formats to suit different learning styles and busy schedules.

Following a 5 day Introductory Course students can pick one or more courses based on their needs and interests. See below for an outline of different formats and the class timetable or get in touch if you need assistance in finding the right class for you.

1. DAILY PRACTICE SESSIONS
Short practice sessions helping you maintain a daily routine.

  • Introductory Courses are limited to one per person, but if you sign up to any Fully Guided or In-depth courses on Tier 2 or 3 you will gain free access to upcoming Introductory Courses and can use them as a means to develop routine and continuity in your daily practice (visit the Course Prices page for more details).
  • Due to the short nature of these classes it's not possible to explore a full Tai Chi or Qigong routine, or explore theory and principles at a deep level, unlike in the following classes...

 2. FULLY GUIDED CLASSES
Relax and de-stress with fully guided Qigong / Tai Chi sequences.

  • As the name suggests, these classes are guided from beginning to end and are ideal for those interested in a 1 hour session including warm ups, supportive exercises (including stretching and self massage depending on the course) and a 30 minute sequence of gentle flowing Tai Chi and Qigong movements.
  • In these classes there is no need to memorise any material and no risk of being overwhelmed with too much theory or discussion.
  • The Monday sessions are more dynamic and energising, the Wednesday sessions are more gentle and relaxing.

3. IN-DEPTH COURSES
Learn and memorise theory and principles for solo practice.

  • These classes are ideal for those who'd like to learn the inner workings of Tai Chi and Qigong (including elements of meditation and various supportive exercises) by learning the theory and principles behind these practices.
  • A small number of movements are broken down in detail and each week a different aspect of these practices is explored, including the opportunity for students to receive feedback and corrections on their movements so that they are well equipped to practice in their own time.
  • The Tuesday sessions focus on Qigong and are ideal for beginners, the Thursday sessions focus on Tai Chi and are more suitable for experienced students – or keen beginners!
MULTIPLE COURSES
For those who'd like to take their training further, we recommend booking on at least one Fully Guided and one In-depth course to learn both full sequences and the theory and principles behind the movements. Discounts are available when booking multiple courses.
